Andre Best

Vice President

Andre Best is an attorney and the founder of Best Care. Best’s goals are to improve the lives of home care recipients and workers by making receiving services easy and convenient and by providing fair treatment and wages for home care workers. In addition to this passion for helping people, Best has brought new ways of operating and delivering care including using new technologies. He also authored a PCA policy and procedure manual that is used by several agencies across the state.

 

Prior to creating Best Home Care, Andre had eight years of corporate experience at Ford Motor Company.  He managed more than 60 employees as a production supervisor, and then led collective bargaining as a local union president.  Best holds a bachelor’s of science from the University of St. Thomas and a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law.  For more information, go to www.bestcaremn.com
