We are a group of direct care organizations in the State of Minnesota, whose broad purpose is to develop and advocate for legislation, regulations, and government programs to improve the quality and integrity of care provided by direct care organizations in the State of Minnesota.  Direct care organizations are defined to include, but not limited to, personal care provider organizations and personal care organizations.

We strive to promote quality services, build integrity in the industry through developing “best practices,” and create a cohesive organizational system upon which providers can rely for current policy and procedures in Minnesota, thereby increasing the visibility of Minnesota education and training, abroad and domestically.
